Public Education Department Offering Financial Literacy Training For New Mexico Teachers

In preparation for the new graduation guidelines set to take effect in the 2025–2026 school year, the New Mexico Public Education Department (PED) is offering financial literacy training for New Mexico teachers.

A primary goal of the workshops is to teach educators about key concepts that will allow them to take control of their own financial well-being so they can bring a high level of confidence about financial literacy into their classrooms.
