S-3683: Amends the law to require institutions to disaggregate student loan indebtedness
information according to demographics including the race, ethnicity, age, income, gender, and
first-generation status. This bill is listed for an Assembly vote on December 2 nd .

A-3062: Establishes in the Department of Community Affairs a three-year Financial
Empowerment Pilot Program. The purpose of the pilot program is to address financial literacy
and empowerment issues for economically vulnerable individuals in the State through municipal
