Early voting is here. And it’s not the only big change

Voting in New Jersey is about to change dramatically with the onset of early voting that begins statewide Saturday (October 23^rd).

Some of the changes made for this election will be evident only for those who choose to vote early in some locations. But at least one change will impact all voters statewide beginning this election: Tablet-like machines for signing in are replacing paper poll books and voter slips everywhere for early voting and on Election Day.
