A 838: Expands eligibility under New Jersey earned income tax credit program to allow taxpayers who are at least 18 years of age to qualify. September 22, consideration by Assembly Budget Committee.
A 3292: Repeals the section 7 of the “Work First New Jersey Act,” which prohibits a household from gaining additional cash assistance benefits as a result of the birth of a child. September 22, consideration by Assembly Budget Committee.
