S-2691: Requires Division of Local Government Services to approve local unit budgets with excess anticipated miscellaneous revenue due to COVID-19 and authorizes school districts to maintain surplus at four percent for 2020-2021 school year. Having passed the Senate on Nov.16, S-2691 awaits consideration by the Assembly Education Committee.

S-2743/A-4410:  Establishes Community College Opportunity Grant Program in Higher Education Student Assistance Authority to provide last-dollar financial aid grants to county college students and Student Success Incentive funding to county colleges. Having passed the Assembly on Nov. 16, as A-4410 it now awaits consideration by the Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee.

A-1226:  Requires electric public utilities to provide priority power restoration to certain medical facilities, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes. Having passed the Assembly on Nov. 16, A-1226 awaits consideration by the Senate Economic Growth Committee.
